If new emails are not appearing, use these checks.
Confirm sync is enabled for the account.
Run a manual sync from Settings -> Email Accountsarrow-up-right -> Manage -> Sync Settings -> Manual sync (advanced).
Verify your internet connection.
Check Settings -> Email Accountsarrow-up-right to ensure the account is connected.
Reconnect the account if credentials expired.
Wait a few minutes for background sync to run.
